It is impossible to understate the value of retaining an arbitrator, mediator, referee, or master with substantial litigation experience in the disputed subject matter.  Mr. Lines has substantial experience in the litigating, arbitrating, and mediating disputes arising out of the purchase and sale, ownership, leasing, construction of improvements, management of commercial and residential real estate developments.  He is available to arbitrate and mediate disputes, and is available to mediate and/or resolve discovery disputes.
